Gibb’s Eddy Sportsman Access –  One of Idaho Fish & Game’s many riverside areas with a vault toilet and plenty of room to park and fish, some of these even have boat launches. Engine problems started today – when we pulled into the Access it started to lope and sputter, real bad black smoke, acted like it was going to stall at idle. I guess the Ford carburetor in our rig is famously horrible, we have had BIG problems with it since we have owned it. We have decided to go into Lewiston tomorrow to get it checked out, we were not planning on even going to Lewiston, YUK big city.
