Mississippi Helena AR 4-9-2015 rampApril 9th ~ Day 10 of our 2015 Road Trip

We drove like crazy and covered 189 miles today to get set up for Lei to make bread for Friday’s dinner, and for our weekend rest.

The day included a new Mississippi crossing place for this trip, our route taking us this time from Lula, Mississippi into Arkansas at Helena. The only place we found to take a pic was from a casino parking lot on the Mississippi side, not great.Mississippi Helena AR 4-9-2015 sign

While checking out the different bridges that we had to choose from I realized that most of them built through the mid 20th century all look pretty much alike

The Helena Bridge was built in 1961
