Saw this recipe in a Field & Stream magazine while I waited to get my injection at the VA Hospital in Spokane, WA. Normally I would’ve have just breezed past this delicacy, but since our son Brian and grand-daughter Julia have become big time grouse hunters I just had to get this for them!
