Took a trip to Boise for the 2017 Idaho High School Swimming State Championships. Julia did great and brought home the first ever swimming title for Bonners Ferry!

 

 

 

 

While she was practicing hard for the qualifying meets, the rest of the family took in the State Capital building.

On the trip home we stopped in Montour to see cousin Doug and wife Susie. What a great visit we had, just picked up where we left off…26 years ago!

We headed out late in the afternoon and stopped in Cascade, Cynthia found us a quaint place to stay, the Ashley Inn. Us girls loved it! The rooms were very cozy, all the decorating was just so, well quaint! Fresh baked cookies at night

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, eggs Benedict, waffles, with all the trimmings, biscuits and gravy, hash browns and more.

There is also an indoor heated pool and spa.
